Rules & roleplay

Get into a car and press F9 (or type /bilradio). The radio belongs to the car: it keeps playing when you get out, and everyone in and around the car hears it. It switches itself off a quarter of an hour after the last person left the car, and immediately when the car is stored in a garage or impounded.

Who can do what? The driver and the front passenger control everything. The back seats can only turn the car's volume up and down. Outside the car you can hear it – not touch it.

What can be played?

  • YouTube links – paste a link to a video or a playlist. Videos over 20 minutes are rejected; in a playlist they are skipped.
  • Search – type a title and pick from the list. If search is down right now, paste a link instead.
  • Net radio – Danish stations (DR P3, Nova, The Voice, Radio 100 and more) with one click.

The queue holds up to ten tracks. Add something with Queue instead of Play; a playlist fills the queue. Pause, next and repeat apply to the whole car – everyone in the car is told when the track changes.

Two volumes. The car volume is shared and also decides how far away the radio can be heard (up to about 20 metres at full volume). Your volume is yours alone – it turns down every car radio for you and changes nothing for others. Set it to 0 for silence.

Motorcycles, bicycles, helicopters and planes have no radio. Boats do.

Everything played is logged with player and number plate. Keep it within the rules – an admin can switch the radio off.
